This paper explores this research method, a form of drawing analysis, to provide insights that will benefit future studies.　The meal sketch method captures subjective perspectives, aiding in cross-cultural comparison, yet presents challenges. Interpretation can be subjective, requiring skilled analysis, and maintaining consistent instructions across study sites is crucial.
