Data of 154 foreign junior-high graduates was collected. Regarding the entire sample, the main results are: the students’ high-school continuation rate is 89.6%, and most of the students made their decision among these three high-school choices, 59.1% entered full-time public schools, 7.7% to parttime public schools, and 20.8% went on to full-time private schools. The high-school continuation rate of students who received Japanese language coaching is 94.3%, from which 28.6% to full-time public schools, 14.3% went to parttime public schools, and 34.3% to full-time private schools. Pertaining to students who were able to take advantage of the Special Entrance Examination System, we received data of 6 students that is less than 4% of the entire surveyed population. Out of 6, the results are as follows: 4 went to full-time public schools, 1 went to parttime public schools that is to say, 5 students were able to pass the Special Entrance Examination, from whom 3 received Japanese-language tutoring.}, pages = {39--48}, title = {栃木県における外国人生徒の進路状況-12回目の調査結果報告-}, year = {2022}, yomi = {タマキ, マツオ} }
