Paper","subitem_description_type":"Other"}]},"item_5_description_5":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"アスリートへの栄養指導の研究は数多く報告されているが、高校女子運動部員を対象とした報告は十分ではない。本研究では、高校女子サッカー部員1,2年生12名を対象として、パフォーマンス向上に必要な栄養に対する意識を高め、不足しがちな栄養素の摂取を促し、さらに効率的な指導方法を見出すための栄養指導とその前後における食物摂取頻度調査を実施した。約8か月の間に全体栄養指導を4回と個別栄養指導を2回行った。全体栄養指導では、食事バランスの重要性とともに、女性アスリートが抱える主な健康上の問題である三主徴に関係するエネルギー、たんぱく質、鉄、カルシウム、ビタミンDの5項目について解説と指導を行った。個別栄養指導では、日本人の食事摂取基準2020の推奨量(または目安量)と食物摂取頻度調査から推定された摂取栄養素量との比較に基づき、具体的な食事改善提案を行った。栄養指導前後での栄養素摂取量変化について、栄養素間(5項目)と個人間(12名)を要因として繰り返しのない二元配置分散分析を有意水準0.05にて行った。その結果、栄養素間ではp
