| 内容記述 | This survey was conducted in Ibaraki, Miyagi, and Tochigi prefectures with researchers who had been engaged in researches on the damages caused by TEPCO's Fukushima Daiichi Nuclear Power Plant Accident, using a questionnaire with common questions and items, with the aim of clarifying what measures were implemented and what issues were observed at the sites of local governments in the surrounding areas of Fukushima that were affected by radioactive contamination. This paper will analyze the responses from the basic local governments in Tochigi Prefecture to clarify the challenges faced by the local governments in the prefectures next to the nuclear power plant site. Section I presents the results of the responses to "I. Response after the nuclear power plant accident" and the Section II presents the results of the responses to "II. Health effects of the nuclear power plant accident and future measures" in the order of the numbering of all questions in the questionnaire. In the following section III, the possibility that radioactive iodine and radioactive cesium, among the radioactive materials emitted by the nuclear power plant accident, diffused to different areas is discussed by using Tochigi Prefecture as a case study, and the reason why residents are requesting health surveys is analyzed. In the final section, remaining challenges and necessary measures across prefectural borders will be discussed. |
